· Ren Shen (人参, Ginseng Root) – 3g
· Bai Fu Ling (白茯苓, Poria) – 3g
· Bai Zhu (白术, Atractylodes Rhizome) – 3g
· Zhi Gan Cao (炙甘草, Honey-Fried Licorice Root) – 1.5g
· Ban Xia (半夏, Pinellia Rhizome) – 3g
· Guang Pi (广皮, Aged Tangerine Peel) – 2.4g
· Cang Zhu (苍术, Atractylodes Lancea) – 2.4g
· Dang Gui (当归, Chinese Angelica Root) – 7.5g
Preparation & Usage
Decoct all ingredients in water. Take one dose per day, divided into two servings.
