Description

Red beans come from an annual climbing plant that grows up to 1.8 meters. The stems are covered with fine hairs. The leaves are alternate, flowers are small and yellow, and the seeds are dark purple, oval-shaped with a distinctive longitudinal groove. The plant flowers from May to August and fruits from August to September.
